Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Smith, were married at the bride's home Wednesday, Rev. F . R. Bouton officiating. The bride looked charming in a beautiful gown of white silk trimmed with lace, and carried a bouquet of bride's roses. The wedding march was played by Miss
Carrie L. Barton. A bountiful repast was served. The happy couple departed on the 3:21 train for an extended trip. The bride wore a travelling dress of gray cloth made princess with hat to match. Those present were mostly relatives from Dutchess and Columbia counties, with a few other friends. -

Mrs. Susie Smith Rowe, wife of Walter M. Rowe, died at her home in Millerton Tuesday, February 27th at 1:30 a. m. after a short illness. Death was caused by a cerebral hemorrhage. Mrs. Rowe was born in Columbia county, March 2, 1884, a daughter of the late Sidney and Johanna Finger Smith. On September 12, 1906 she married Walter M. Rowe. Mr. and Mrs.Rowe have been residents of Millerton for the past 25 years. She was a member of the Millerton Rebekah Lodge, of which organization she was a past Noble Grand. Surviving besides her husband are four daughters and four grandchildren, also several neices and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock this afternoon (Thursday') at the Millerton Presbyterian church, with the Rev. LeRoy Daniels, pastor, officiating. The body will be placed in the vault at Evergreen cemetery and will be interred at a later date. Bearers will be LeRoy Garlung, E. N. Williams Sr., H.B. Miller, R. J. Silvernail, Henry Pitcher, Jr. Yorke Blanchard.
