Charles Copson age 18. He is living in the household of his grandparents
Thomas and
Betsey Pepper.
COPSON—At Bluff Point, Sunday, Sept. 13, Charles M. Copson, 60. He was born in England, son of Charles J. and Caroline Pepper Copson, coming to this country at the age of 7, with his parents. He spent his life on Bluff Point where he worked his vineyard property. For the past 20 years, he has been an invalid.
Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Caroline Copson, Bluff Point three brothers, Fred, of Elmhurst, L. I. Arthur, of Oswego Donald, of Newcastle, Pa. four sisters, Mrs. Lucy Disbrow, Mrs. Nellie McCann Bluff Point Mrs. Carrie Kirkpatrick, Penn Yan Mrs. Shirley McNulty, Branchpoint several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at Tindall funeral home 111 Hamilton Street, Rev. Albert H Head rector of St. Mark's Episcopal Church, officiating. Burial in Lake View. - Penn Yan Democrat September 18, 1942
