Mrs. Mary Jane Griffith Rossman, aged 91, died Wednesday at the home of her niece, Mrs. Katherine Allen, on Kinderhook street, Chatham, following an illness of three weeks. Mrs. Rossman was born in Nassau and many years ago married the late Rodolphus Rossman, of West Ghent, For many years she made her home there and during that period of time was greatly interested in the success of the West Ghent church. About fifteen years ago she moved to Chatham, where she has since resided and where many of her friends lived.

Mrs. Rossman while suffering from advanced years, maintained a great interest in the local Reformed church and particularly its missionary society. The funeral and commital will be held Friday at Castleton, E. B. Gifford and Son will have charge of the arrangements. The Chatham Courier 1933
