Elmer F. Finger, 61, of Bowmansville, died August 2, 1972. Born in Buffalo Mr. Finger married Lorraine Harris and together they operated a poultry business in Bowmansville for the past 23 years. Mr. Finger was veteran of the U.S. Army and saw duty during World war II.

In addition to his wife he leaves two children, Mrs. Gerald Hinsken, and James Finger; Also surviving are two grandchildren; two brothers Harold and Donald and sister Betty Finger.

Funeral services were held Saturday at the Carlton Ullrich Funeral Home and interment was in St. John's Cemetery. - Lancaster NY Enterprise August 10, 1972
