Found her on the 1880 Jerusalem, Yates, New York census (dist 217 img 1) as Carrie Race age 14.
Mrs. Carrie May Culver, 82, of Bluff Point in Jerusalem township, died in the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial hospital Friday night July 22, 1949. She was born in the Town of Jerusalem and had lived there all her life. Her only living relatives are a brother, George Race of Court street, Penn Yan; a niece, Mrs. Clyde Finger of Bethel, Conn.; and a nephew, Vincent Race, of Brooksville, Pa.
Services were at 3 p. m. Monday from the Thayer Funeral chapel with the Rev. Earnest Butterfield of the Branchport Methodist church, officiating and burial in Lake View cemetery. - Chronicle Express July 28, 1949
