Victor Fingar, 20, son of Mrs. Louise B. Fingar, Kinderhook, is stationed with the Army at Mannheim, Germany, where he is a member of the tank company of the 350th Infantry Regiment. Fingar, a specialist third class, has been in the Army since April, 1954. - The Knickerbocker News March 5, 1956
