He was discharged from the home March 22, 1887 April 10, 1888 and Sept 26, 1890. It said he contracted 'Constitutional Syphilis and Rheumatism at Morris Island, S.C. 1864.' His Nearest Living Relative is listed as 'Harlow Finger (Son) Penn Yan. N. Y.' He is listed as a widower.
