Martha W. Finger age 24, single, living at home.
At the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Finger, in Potter, took place the marriage of their daughter, Martha W. Finger, yesterday afternoon, to Clifford Hopkins, Rev. Forest L. Fraaer, of the First Baptist church of Penn Yan performing the ceremony beneath an arch of evergreens and daisies banked with ferns and daisies.
The bridal couple were attended by Miss Agatha Finger, a sister of the bride, and Clarence Sisson. Mendelssohn's wedding march was played by Miss Hazel Case, of Canandaigua. During the ceremony 'I Love You Truly' was sung by Allan C. Potts.
The bride wore a gown of white batiste trimmed with Valenciennes lace and carried bride's roses. The bridesmaid wore green silk mull and carried an arm bouquet of pink roses. A wedding supper was served on the lawn. The bride's table was laid for eight guests and was decorated with roses and ferns.
Guests were present from Rochester, Canandaigua, Geneva, Stanley, Clifton Springs, Prattsburg, Gorham and Naples.
Mr. and Mrs. Hopkins left on an extended trip to the Adirondacks and the Great Lakes, and will be at home after August 11th.

Martha Hopkins age 35.
Found her on the 1930 Jerusalem, Yates, New York census (dist 10 img 14) as
Martha W. Hopkins age 44.
Funeral services for Mrs. Martha Hopkins, who died yesterday at the home of her sister Mrs. Thomas P. M. Christensen, Havens Rd., will be from the Weldon Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Elroy VanDyke officiating. Burial will be at Lake View Cemetery.
Mrs. Hopkins, a native of Yates County, was the daughter of William and Amelia Finger, and she was the widow of Neil C. Hopkins, whom she married in 1910.
Mrs. Hopkins was the oldest charter member of the East Hill Garden Club.
She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Christensen and Mrs. Alan C. Potts, of Canandaigua a brother, Clark Finger of Penn Yan and several nieces and nephews. The Geneva Daily Times September 23, 1965 page 5
