KEUKA PARK - J. Wesley Fingar, 82, of Park Avenue, died at home Tuesday. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Townsend Funeral Chapel, Penn Yan. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Bluff Point United Methodist Church. The Rev Russell Scheel and the Rev, Marge Mayson will officiate Burial will be in Bitley Cemetery, Branchport. Mr. Fingar was a veteran of World War I, serving with the Navy. He was a former member of the American Legion of Penn Yan and a member of the Bluff Point United Methodist Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Bluff Point United Methodist Church. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs Stephen (Doris) Machuga of Port Orange, Fla., and Mrs Robert (Betty) Ackerson of Keuka Park three sons, Maurice W of Tucson, Ariz, Donald W. of Walworth, and Arthur L of Macedon two brothers, Willis Fingar of Penn Yan and Arthur Fingar of Milwaukee, Wis 14 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
