Kenneth Finger, 50, of Esperanza died this morning at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be from the Thayer Funeral Chapel at 2 p. m. Monday. The Rev. Charles Banks, pastor of the Branchport Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Branchport cemetery.
Members of the Branchport American Legion will conduct military services and act as pallbearers. The body will be taken to his home, where friends may call beginning today.
Born in Yates County, he was the son of Eugene and Emma Miller Finger. He was a grape grower.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mildred Orr Finger a son, Burton Finger of Jerusalem a daughter, Mrs. Joseph Kriss of Long Branch, N. J., a brother, Robert of Bluff Point; a sister, Mrs. Robert Chalmers of Bath, his stepmother, Mrs. Ethel McDermott of Penn Yan and five grandchildren. The Geneva Times January 26, 1962
