PENN YAN - Mrs. Joan Fingar, 59, of Bayonne, N.J., formerly of Yates County, died Friday at her home in New Jersey. A graveside service will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Bitley Cemetery, Branchport. The Rev. Russell Scheel, pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, will officiate. Arrangements in Penn Yan were made by the Townsend-Thayer Funeral Chapel. Mrs. Fingar is survived by two sons, Loren and Donald Fingar, both of Bayonne, N.J. a daughter, Mrs. Marcia Denfield of South Carolina a sister, Mrs. Mary Dabney of South Carolina her mother-in-law, Mrs. Edna Fingar of Penn Yan and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Mildred Kennedy of Branchport.
