Edward Ehlenberger, of 12 Kimball avenue, Yonkers, father of Mrs. May Walter, of this city, died yesterday at his late residence after an Illness of five months. The deceased was born in Germany and was in his 67th year. He had been 41 years in this country and for the past 27 years had made his home in Yonkers.
Mr. Ehlenberger was an art glass worker, connected with the Gorham company, of New York. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Clementine Berney Ehlenberger, two daughters, Mrs. May Walter, of this city and Mrs. Alice Woodrow of Yonkers, by four sons, Emil, Ernst and Arthur of Yonkers and Edward, of Melverne, L. I.
The funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock at his late residence, and will be conducted by Rev. James Berg. Interment will take place In Woodlawn cemetery. - The Daily Argus August 6, 1928
