Mrs. Fred T. Morris Jr., 38, a sister of Carlo A. Ciancio, Millerton, died October 6, at St. Francis Hospital, Poughkeepsie, after a long illness. The former Miss Gloria Ciancio, she was the daughter of the late Saverion and Carmela Domicolo Ciancio. She was born in Poughkeepsie July 26, 1922. Her father who bad been a shoemaker in Poughkeepsie for many years, died in 1941 and ber mother in 1943. Educated in Poughkeepsie school, Mrs. Morris bad been a lifetime resident of that community. Before her marriage on June 20, 1048 she had been employed by Vassar College. Her Husband was employed by the Federal Bearings Company in the maintenance department. She was the mother of two children, Fred T. Morris III, 10, and John Saverio Morris, 5. In addition to her husband, sons and brother, sbe is surrived by a sister, Mrs. Josephine Biscardi, Hyde Park three other brothers, Jack Ciancio, Poughkeepsie, Louis Ciancio, Cold Spring and Vincent Ciancio, Beacon, and several nieces and nephews. Another sister, Mrs. Mary Vacca, died last March. Funeral services were held at the Church of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, Poughkeepsie, October 8. Burial was in St. Peters Cemetery.
