Mrs. Mary E. Patrie, widow of Charles Patrie who lived in Red Hook until Mr. Patrie's death about 26 years ago, died at her home in Pine Plains Saturday. Mrs. Patrie had been in poor health for several years but had been seriously ill for the past six weeks. She was the daughter of Charles and Catherine Stall Hapeman, a member of the Red Hook Lutheran Church and of the Pine Plains Chapter O. E. S. She is survived by a son, Dr. Harry Patrie of Brooklyn eight sisters, Miss Sarah Hapeman, Mrs. Herbert Case, Mrs. John Hedges, and Mrs. Frank Clapper all of Pine Plains Mrs. Frederick Sadler, Glen Ridge, N. J. Mrs. Theodore Mosher and Mrs. Lewis Mc-Keel, Cold Spring and Mrs. Harry Tait, Bloomfield, N. J. also three brothers, John Hapeman of Pine Plains, Calvin Hapeman of Poughkeepsie and the Rev. Henry J. Hapeman, Central Centrapie, Ill. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday at her home with the Rev. Charles Mosher pastor of the Presbyterian Church officiating.
