Franklin G. Bassakalis, 19, of R.D. 1, West Ghent, was arrested Saturday on a charge of reckless driving after the car he was operating ran into the rear of a truck which had stopped on the highway at Clinton Heights where it had been involved in a previous accident. The Ghent man entered a plea of not guilty to the charge and was released under $25 bail until Tuesday night at which time he demanded a jury trial before Justice of the Peace of Clinton Heights. State Police, of the East Greenbush station were investigating a
