Akron, April 2. - Jacob Finger, 66, died Saturday morning (March 31, 1945) at the home of his daughter, Mrs. William Granka, on the Clarence Center road.
He was born in Germany, June 12, 1879, and had lived here thirty years. He was husband of the late Helen Hiller Finger and is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Granka, Mrs. Russell Fitzgerald of Waynesboro, VA; Bertha Finger, and three
sons, Henry, Daniel and Technical Sergeant Lawson Finger, and two sisters.
Burial will be in Evergreen Lawn Cemetery. - Daily News April 2, 1945
