Found him on the 1880 Benton, Yates, New York census (dist 215 img 8) age 30, farm labor.
Yesterday
Albert Finger was arrested for disorderly conduct, and James Roach and Hans Hanson, for interfering with officer, in connection with the Saturday evening trouble. The hearing of Finger will take place June 4th; that of Roach, June 9th. Hansen was sentenced to pay $5 or be imprisoned for 30 days. -

The death of
Albert Finger, of Benton, aged 76 years, occurred at the S. & S. Memorial hospital, Penn Yan,
on Friday, January 23rd.
He is survived by his wife, three sons,
George, of Reeds Corners;
Clifford, of Geneva, and
Roswell, of Bluff
Point; one daughter,
Mrs. Harry Clayton, of Guyanoga; two brothers,
Delos Finger, of Geneva, and
Adolph Finger, of Bluff Point.
The funeral was held on Monday from Thayer's undertaking parlors, Rev. S. G. Houghton officiating. Burial was in Lake View cemetery. -
