Found him on the 1930 Saugerties, Ulster, New York census (dist 50 img 17) as Fred A. Mickle age 39, Engineer, Electrical.

Found him on the 1940 Saugerties, Ulster, New York census (dist 56-66 img 15) as Fred A. Mickle age 48, Electrical Engineer, Paper Mufacturing Mill. Also in his household is Regina Bub age 71, widow, mother-in-law. Address: 7 Prospect St.

Fred A Mickle, 66, died today at his residence, 7 Prospect Street, Saugerties, after a lengthy illness. He was born Oct. 13, 1891 at Glasco, son of the late Wilbur and Sophia Hildebrandt Mickle. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p. m. from the Seamon Funeral Home, 45 John Street, Saugerties. The Rev. George P. Werner, pastor of the Saugerties Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. View Cemetery, Saugerties. Mr. Mickle was owner of the Saugerties Poster Advertising Company. He also was an electrical engineer. Surviving are his wife, Laura Bub Mickle of Saugerties a daughter, Mrs. Shirley Finger, also of Saugerties two grandchildren, Carole and Terry Finger two sisters, Mrs. Henrietta Greco of Rhinebeck and Mrs. Lillian Brocco of Beacon two brothers, Davis and Wilbur Mickle of High Falls.
