Frank B. Eygabroat, aged 66, died at his home at 335 East High street, Painted Post, Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Of seven months' duration, his illness became critical about two weeks ago.

He was born in the Town of Campbell February 10, 1871, and was the son of John Henry and Osee Morse Eygabroat. May 17, 1893 he married Miss Lillian Sparks at the bride's home in Hornby. After his marriage, Mr. Eygabroat resided in the Town of Addison about four years, and since that time lived in, or near Painted Post. He was a resident of Painted Post for the past 28 years.

On leaving Addison Mr. Eygabroat was employed about 14 years by Ingersoll-Rand Company, at the end of which time he accepted a position in the machine shop at Corning Glass Works. He worked there until forced to retire last July because of ill health.

Mr. Eygabroat attended the Painted Post Baptist Church. Friends considered him a man of unusually fine character, sincere in all his actions, and he occupied a place of respect and esteem in the community.

Surviving are his widow two sons, Harry, 340 East High street and Cecil, 322 Bronson street, both of Painted Post three sisters, Mrs. Edward Smith, East High street Painted Post, and Mrs. Raymond Knowles, Town of Campbell two granddaughters, Shirley Ann and Joyce Neola Eygabroat, Painted Post.

The body was removed this afternoon from the Ryal and Jones Home for Funerals to the residence at 336 East High street, Painted Post, where funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The Rev. C. W. Vandenbergh, pastor of the Painted Post Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in the family plot in Coopers Plains. The Evening Leader January 13, 1938
