Born in London, Mr. Finger came to America at the age of 14. He had served as a delegate from the Painter’s Union to the Central Labor Union in Washington. Last Summer he was one of the directors of the firemen's parade in Alexandria.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Minnnie Finger
; a son, George Jr.
, and a daughter, Eleanor
, all of whom
were with him at his death. Besides Mrs. Fox, he is survived by two other sisters, Mrs. Charles Yandik
, of Sea Cliff, N. Y., and Mrs. Robert Burgman
, of Jamaica, Long Island; two brothers, Charles J. Finger
and Emil Finger
, both of Fayetteville, Ark., and a niece, Mrs. Fredric G. Pitts
