Found him on the 1900 Montgomery, Wood, Ohio census (dist 149 img 4) age 26, oil well pumper. Also in his household are his sister Amelia Finger, age 27, divorced and John Andrews age 4, nephew. Also a number of boarders who are listed as laborer, oil field.
