Found him on the 1900 Seneca, Ontario, New York census (dist 78 img 3) as
George Ketterer age 39, farmer. This census says his Father and mother were born in Germany.
Found him on the 1920 Seneca, Ontario, New York census (dist 101 img 4) as
George F. Ketterer age 59, farmer.
George Frederick Ketterer died May 1, 1921, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. J. E. Schriver of Stanely. He is survived by three daughters Miss Olga A. Ketterer, of Rochester, Mrs. J. E. Schriver, of Stanley, and Miss Lulu E. Ketterer, Rochester two sons, Raymond O. Ketterer, of Toledo, Ohio, and Earl Ketterer of Rochester one grandson, Geo. Raymond Schriver his mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Ketterer, of Clyde nine sisters, Mary Oswald, of Keuka, Mrs. Elizabeth Lazarus, of Minneapolis, Minn. Mrs. Magdalena Dinger of Stanley, Mrs. Roe Kimball, of Independence, Oregon Mrs. Chas. Southern of Chicago, Ill Mrs. Fred Black of Palmyra Mrs. Louise Hoppleof Newark and the Misses Margret and Cordelia Ketterer, of Clyde brothers, Philip Ketterer, of Kalamazoo, Mich., Henry, of Clyde, and William Ketterer, of Elmira. The funeral was held on Wednesday afternoon at the home of Mrs. Schriver 2 o'clock (old time) Rev. Mr. Chamberlain of Gorham, will officiate. Burial will be made in Schumann cemetery.
