Miss Beverly Mae Wheat, daughter of Mrs. Charlotte Sanderson, Branchport, became the bride of William Jean Whitbeck, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edmund Whitbeck, 133 Cornwell St., this village. The ceremony was performed Jan. 14 in St. Michael's church by Rev. Raymond F. Moore, assistant pastor. Attendants were Miss Cora Lee Wheat, the bride's sister, and James Whitbeck, brother of the bridegroom. Ushers were Ed and Carl VanAmrige. A reception was held in the bride's home. They are making their home in Cornwell St. Geneva Daily Times January 20, 1950
