Mrs. Rose Ann Finger, 80 years old, died October 27 at the home of her granddaughter, Mrs. Glenn Booth, 335 John street. She was born August 2, 1869, in Ashton, and was the widow of Roger Finger, who died in 1943, and a member of the Rebekahs.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Cecie Mead of Flint and Mrs. Frank Azeltine of Carmel township, and a son, George Glover of Flint.
Funeral services were held Monday morning at nine o'clock from the Pray funeral home, Rev. A. G. Hetherington officiated. Burial was in a cemetery in Arenac county. - Charlotte Republican-Tribune november 4, 1949
