Ezra Carnright died very suddenly at his home in Saugerties. He had been ill during the week and was taken with violent convulsions.
Dr. Diedllng was summond, but his services were unavailing, heart failure ensuing and this caused Mr. Carnright's demise.
Three daughters, Mrs. Louis Finger and Bertha of Saugerties, and Mrs. Frank Lewis of Newark, N. J., and a son Charles of Saugerties, and one brother, Albert Carnright mourn his death. He was in the 71st year of his age.
For many years he was manager of the former Carnright feed store, and the past few years had lived a retired life. He served as village assessor for a long time. - The Hudson Evening Register August 27, 1915 page 6.
